Therapist in Houston (Montrose), TX

Therapy that fits into your workday, in the heart of Houston.

You’re managing a lot: a demanding career, a packed calendar, and people who depend on you. On the outside it looks like it’s working, but inside you may be dealing with constant anxiety, low mood, burnout, or relationship strain that you can’t quite put down.

My Montrose office is easy to reach from [Midtown, the Museum District, River Oaks, the Heights, Downtown, and Rice Village], so you can come before work, at lunch, or on your way home.

What I Help With

  • Anxiety and stress, including work pressure and constant worry

  • Depression and burnout

  • Relationship problems, for individuals and couples

  • Feeling stuck, repeating the same patterns and wanting to understand why

Who I Work With

Professionals, couples, and older teens who are capable and driven but tired of handling things alone. You don’t need a crisis or a clear problem to begin. Many people come in knowing only that something isn’t working the way it used to.

How Therapy Works With Me

I use a psychodynamic, attachment-based approach. In plain terms, we look at where your patterns came from and why they keep showing up in your work, your relationships, and how you feel. Sessions are unhurried and focused on you, not a checklist. The goal is real understanding and change that lasts, not a quick fix.

Couples Therapy in Houston

I also work with couples dealing with communication problems, distance, or recurring conflict. If this is something you are interested in, please feel free to reach out for a free consultation to see if we are a good fit.
