WHO I AM

A therapist who believes in the work deeply

A bald man with a tattoo on his right arm, wearing a beige shirt, sitting in front of a colorful abstract background.

I became a therapist because I believe that most of what makes life difficult traces back to something that can be understood — and that understanding, in itself, changes things. Not fixed, not managed, but genuinely changed.

I'm drawn to work that goes beneath the surface. I want to help people make sense of themselves — why they do what they do, why they feel what they feel, and where all of it comes from. That kind of clarity is rare, and in my experience, it's where real freedom lives.

My work is relational, unhurried, and deeply curious. I'm not here to give you a framework to follow. I'm here to sit with you in the not-knowing, and to help you find your way back to what you already know.

TRAINING & BACKGROUND

My clinical training and ongoing professional development are grounded in relational, attachment-based, and psychodynamic approaches — with a particular interest in how early experience shapes adult life. I have been practicing since 2019 and in private practice since 2022.

MY PHILOSOPHY

I believe that most people arrive in therapy already carrying what they need. Not the answers — but the capacity. Life has a way of layering over our innate sense of ourselves: the things we learned to do to survive, the roles we were handed, the ways we learned to be safe.

My job isn't to tell you who you are. It's to create a space unhurried enough, honest enough, and safe enough for you to remember it on your own.

That's the work I'm here for. And it's the work I find most meaningful.
