I use a psychodynamic, attachment-based approach. In plain terms, we look at where your patterns came from and why they keep showing up in your work, your relationships, and how you feel. Sessions are unhurried and focused on you, not a checklist. The goal is lasting change, not a quick fix.

Individual sessions: $200
Couples sessions: $250
Out-of-network: I provide a superbill you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.

The office is located just off of Friendswood Drive, behind Goodwoods British Market. My office is located on the second floor in suite 213 which is about halfway down the hall on the left side. Once you arrive, come in and have a seat in the waiting area and I will come out and get you when our session begins.
